Restaurant Osijek from Sveta Klara was once known as one of Zagreb’s most iconic spots for Slavonian cuisine, particularly famous for its legendary čobanac (Slavonian shepherd’s stew). Guests from all over the city came to experience the rich and spicy flavors of this dish, made with three types of meat and top-quality paprika — the key ingredients that made it stand out, just like in the heart of Slavonia.
Kloppa aims to revive a piece of that culinary tradition, bringing back this distinctive, once-forgotten flavor to our customers:
Slavonian Čobanac by Dubravka – inspired by the original recipe from Restaurant Osijek, made with deep respect for the traditional method of preparation.
